A healthy person that inspires me is Alex Morgan. Alex Morgan is the 24 year old starter forward for the United States National Women's Soccer League. She is best knows for her amazing skills on the field and great sportsmanship. Like many other soccer players, Morgan must take care of herself in order to maintain a healthy life. The way she eats and the amount of exercise she performs greatly affects the way she plays on the field. Alex is a very healthy person which is why she inspires me to be one as well.
Morgan has many different ways of staying healthy. Besides her daily soccer training, Alex preforms various exercises to keep her in shape. She says she enjoys long runs to keep her core tight. She also mentions going to yoga to get some type of workout in. Alex likes to workout every chance she gets. As for her dietary plan, she doesn't fully cut out junk food, she just makes sure she works it off later on. Every morning she has to have a healthy breakfast to start off her day.
Seeing the way Alex Morgan takes care of her body inspires me to try and do the same. To do this, I can also try to work out as much as I can, especially if I enjoy eating junk food. Since I already have soccer training, I can try new workouts that will help relax my brain and body like Alex does with yoga. As for food, I can eat more nutritious opus food that will benefit my body instead of making it feel weak and drained out. If i follow through with this process I will live a longer and healthier life.
